1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MyFaceLens, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

MyFaceLens provides AI-powered visual search tools, including reverse image search, AI-generated content detection, celebrity lookalike matching, and a self-image search tool ("Face Search"). Results are based on automated visual similarity analysis and are provided "as is", without any guarantee of accuracy or completeness.

Face Search is strictly a self-image protection tool. It is not a people-search, skip-trace, background-check, or identification service, and it is not intended to be used to find, locate, or identify any individual other than the user submitting their own photo (or a photo they have explicit consent to search). We do not offer or support looking up another person's identity, location, or personal information through this tool.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use MyFaceLens to stalk, harass, threaten, defame, or otherwise harm any individual. You agree not to upload images you do not have the right to use, or use our services for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

When using Face Search specifically, you confirm that every photo you submit is either a photo of yourself, or a photo of another person for which you have obtained their explicit consent to search. You agree not to use Face Search, or any other MyFaceLens tool, to search for, track, profile, or attempt to identify another individual without their knowledge and consent. Any account found using our tools for people-search, surveillance, doxxing, or identification of non-consenting individuals will be suspended immediately.

4. Copyright & Third-Party Content

MyFaceLens helps you discover publicly available web pages where a similar image or face may appear. We do not host, store, cache, or redistribute copies of any third-party images returned in search results — results link directly to the original source page, where the content remains under its original owner's rights. We do not claim any ownership over third-party content surfaced through our tools.

If you are a copyright holder and believe a link surfaced by MyFaceLens directs to content that infringes your rights, please contact support@myfacelens.com with the specific URL(s) and a description of your claim, and we will investigate and remove the listing from our results where appropriate.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Certain features require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing terms, and refund conditions are described on our Pricing page and applicable checkout screens at the time of purchase.

7. Limitation of Liability

MyFaceLens is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our services, including decisions made based on search results.

8. Changes to the Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of MyFaceLens at any time, with or without notice.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of MyFaceLens after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
